Ballard (Tiffany) of Mansfield, TX; his granddaughters, Sandra Ballard, Kendal Ballard and Kennedy Ballard; his mother-in-law Romona Nelson; his siblings-in-law, Albert Nelson, Jr., Tyrone Nelson, Edwin Lashley, Cheryl Harris and Cynthia Nelson; his cousins, Annette Johnson, Curtis Johnson of Newark, DE and Debbie Ellis of Vineland, NJ; and his caregiver Linda White (Cheryl A. Trawick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
