She was predeceased by: her husband John Edward Von Sprecklesen; her parents, Harold Appleby and Helen Appleby; and her sisters, Marion Hinds, Muriel Godfrey and Jane Poulsen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori LeBuis and Jyl D'Anton; her son-in-law Michael D'Anton; and her stepgrandchildren, Kathi Hillner (Tim) and Michael D'Anton of Newport, NC. She is also survived by nephews and friends.
