She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Yurko and Steve Yurko; and her siblings, Margaret Hudak, Lillian Tamosaitis and Ernest Yurko.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela; her son-in-law Thomas Lewis of Piscataway, NJ; and her sister Mary J. Yurko of Monroe Twp.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks memorial donations be made to the Milltown Rescue Squad.
