She is survived by: her sons, Stuart Sackowitz, Stanley Sackowitz and Ronald Sackowitz; her grandchildren, Robert Sackowitz (Sandra Sackowitz), Resa Murawski (Thomas Murawski), Sara Sackowitz (Daniel Pieszchala), Jared Sackowitz (Brittney Sackowitz), Ryan Sackowitz (Lacey Greely), Melissa Sackowitz, Michelle Sackowitz, Sean Sackowitz and Terrie Dixon; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Pieszchala, Chase Sackowitz and Dylan Sackowitz.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to Joan Dancy and PALS (people with ALS) Foundation would be appreciated.
