Priscilla Rigler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, at the age of 71, Priscilla Rigler of Millstone Township, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Billie-Jo; her parents, Stephen Armstrong and Lola Armstrong; and her siblings, Hugh Jackson and Barbara Curran.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Rigler; and her sisters, Dorien Downes (NJ), Morien Armstrong (FL) and Sandra Van Horn (NC).
