He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge M. Raymond McGowan and Ruth Denise McGowan; and his brothers, John Charles McGowan and James Denise McGowan. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Leclaire (Christopher Leclaire); and his grandchildren, Margaret Grace and John Christopher of Ballston Lake, NY. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
