She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Murphy and Hannah Murphy; and her sister Noreen Forlenza (Gennaro). She is survived by: her husband Timothy O'Sullivan; her children, Cornelius O'Sullivan (Catherine) of Staten Island, Joan Romano (Christopher) of Millstone Township and Karen Cagnetta (Richard) of Millstone Township; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Neroladakis (Nico), Leanne Matthews (Douglas), Kirsten Romano, Victoria Cagnetta and Mark Cagnetta; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Elizabeth, Nicolas, Vincent and Emily; and her siblings, Michael Murphy (Theresa) of Monroe and Joan Baldinger (Edward) of Middletown. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
