He was predeceased by: his parents, Bridie O'Neill (Queenan) and Peter J. O'Neill of County Sligo, Ireland.; his wife Kathleen O'Neill (Conway); and his sisters, Theresa "Judy" Tompkins and Patricia "Patti" O'Neill.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Wickman (James), Maureen Kelly (Dan), Peter O'Neill (Janet Kelly) and Tara Tobin (Stephen); his sister Margaret "Peggy" Gabrielline (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Carl Wickman, Kelly O'Neill, Quentin Kelly, Erin O'Neill, Owen Kelly, Kate O'Neill, Deirdre Tobin, Mara Kelly, Norah Tobin and Shannon Tobin. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Peter's memory to the PAN Foundation, an organization that assists with out-of-pocket medication and treatment costs for those with life-threatening, chronic, and rare diseases.
