He is survived by: his children, Pamela Lewis of Madison, N. J., Cindie Houseworth (Terry) of Kingwood, N. J. and Marc Gottwerth (Nina) of Middletown, N. J.; his grandchildren, Desiree, Nico, Megan, Nicholas and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Hudson.
