It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Koziatek (Millburn, New Jersey), born in Irvington, New Jersey, who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Sturm (Petykowski) and John Sturm; and her son Joseph. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Koziatek of Summit, NJ; her children, Christina Lynn Koziatek-Owens of Springfield, NJ and Edward C. Koziatek (Brenda) of Heath, TX; her granddaughter Madison Leigh Owens; her brother Jack Sturm (Ellen) of Summit; her sister-in-law Bernice Hogger (Dennis) of Orlando, FL.; her niece Michelle Massari (Shane); her great-nephews, Bradley of Orlando, FL, Brian Hogger (Staci) of Long Beach, CA and Paul Sturm; and her great-niece Cheryl Sturm of Ontario.
