Holzworth (Baker); his children, Troy Holzworth, Trevor Holzworth, Travis Holzworth and Kimberli Holzworth; his stepdaughter DeAnn Finelli (Jim Finelli); his brother Charles "Chuck" Ciganick; his grandchildren, Kristofer, Mackenzie, Austin, Elliot, Briana and Kayla; and his great grandchild AJ.
