She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Lawler and Emma Lawler. She is survived by: her husband Ken Stains; her children, Shawn Stains (Beverly), Corrine Fuentes (Mike) and John Stains (Mary); her grandchildren, Britt, Cody, Zach, Dan and Christina; and her brother Ed Lawler (Lorita). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
