She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kisielewski and Ann Kisielewski (Francis); her stepsister Linda (Dee); her stepmother Marie "Bambi" Kargas; and her grandmother Ann Francis.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Donnelly; her children, Jaclyn N. Donnelly and Brian J. Donnelly; her siblings, Robert Kisielewski, Susan Kisielewski and Kathy Berencsi; her half-siblings, Michelle, Debbie, Patty and Michael; her stepbrother Kurt Vargo; and her grandson Calvin A. Donnelly-Dent.
