It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth L. Blanchard (Milford, New Jersey), born in Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Blanchard and Florence Blanchard (Minder); his wife Naomi Blanchard (Durnan); his son Robert Blanchard; and his sister Miriam Stull.
He is survived by: his son Bruce E. Blanchard (Virginia); his grandchildren, Brandon and Lisa; and his great grandchildren, Robert, Jacob, James and Penelope.
