She is survived by: her husband Greg Van Nest; her pets, Willie J. and Rosie; her parents, Richard McDermott and Barbara McDermott; her siblings, Brendan (Elizabeth McDermott), Suzanne (Shawn Tormey) and Jacquelyn (Jeffery Franz); her mother-in-law Lee Van Nest; and her brothers, Jon (Helen Van Nest) and Jeff (Michelle Van Nest). She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, 1 great nephew, and an inspiring godmother for more than 10 godchildren.
