He was predeceased by: his parents, Johann Ziereis and Maria Ziereis (Bosl); and his brother Alfons Ziereis. He is survived by: his wife Magdalene Ziereis; and his siblings, Maria Schneeberger, Anneliese Hoesl and Peter Ziereis.
