She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Melnyk and Mary Melnyk (Malko); her husband Rudolph "Rudy" Scholtz; and her siblings, William Melnyk and Anna Nagy. She is also survived by her two nieces and several cousins, as well as her many beloved friends and neighbors.
