He was predeceased by: his sister Pauline Pollock (Peter Pollock). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Lisa (John Painter), Heather (Kevin Ginsberg) and Jen (Mike Meredith); his grandchildren, Ben, Samantha, Gretchen, Courtney and Cody; his siblings, Marlene Gilman and Leonard Heath (Diane Heath); and his cousin Norma Jean. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers be sent and that you celebrate Gerry's life and friendship in whatever way is most meaningful to you.
