He is survived by: his niece Krystyna Boczko (Tadeusz); his great-niece Natalia Boczko-Pruszczak; his great-nephew Lukasz Boczko of Poland; his stepdaughter Dolores Astre; and also, Anna, Dave, Cambie, Judy and Catherine.
