She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tinsman and Mary Tinsman (Wieder); her husband Arthur A. Hallinger, Sr.; her brother William "Bill" Tinsman; and her grandchildren, Fawn Hallinger and Billy Goldsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur A. Hallinger, Jr. of Champlain, NY, Dennis D. Hallinger (Laura) of Parrish, FL, Mark D. Hallinger (Holly) of Holland Township, NJ, Timothy L. Hallinger (Kristen) of Kingwood Township, NJ and Susan J. Goldsworth (William) of Williams Township, PA; and her brother Earl Tinsman of Holland Township, NJ. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
