He is survived by: his wife Kim Eileen Bellick (Apple); his children, Shaun Leigh Bellick, Santana Michael Bellick, Daniel Paul Bellick and Shannon Lynn Bellick; his brother Morris Bellick (Paula); his siblings-in-law, Mary Faber, Trent Apple and William Faber; and his grandchildren, Laila Jade Shapiro, Mason Oliver Bellick and Logan William Bellick.
