She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl and Geraldine May Templeton (Carver); and her son-in-law Edward Pastula. She is survived by: her husband Lynn R. Bellis; her children, Lisa Pastula, Alan R. Bellis (Theresa) and Craig R. Bellis (Jennifer); her sister RuthAnn Senderling; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Lindsey, Hailey, Nicholas, Austin, Olivia and Avery.
