He is survived by: his wife Joan James of Midland Park; his children, Susan DuPont (Lorna), John DuPont and Steven Dupont (Claire); his sister Bonnie Sheppard (Stuart) of Rutherford, NJ; his niece Jill Davenport (Lee); and his nephew Steven Sheppard (Reshma).
