With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Fylstra of Midland Park, New Jersey, born in Totowa, New Jersey, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fylstra; his brothers, Hank (Marcie) and Nick (Carol); his children, Cynthia (Robert) and Robert Jr. (Karen); his grandchildren, Kyle (Victoria), Krystal, Madison, Shelby, Hunter and Caleb; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor, McKayla, Kollins and Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the New Jersey Audubon towards the Cape May Bird Observatory (https://njaudubon.org) .
