She was predeceased by: her parents, William Touw and Johanna Touw (Nee Young); and her siblings, William Touw and Jo Ann Ryan. She is survived by: her husband William J. Fisher; and her daughters, Jo Ann Fisher of Vernon and Patricia Ream (Scott) of Budd Lake.
