It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Kuiken (Midland Park, New Jersey), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on October 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes; and his siblings, Louis Kuiken, Helen Jurgensen and Gertrude Garretson. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Chuck Jurgensen and Wanda Jurgensen; his friend Betty; and his husband Dave Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory can be made to the Midland Park Christian Reformed Church, 183 Godwin Ave., Midland Park, NJ 07432.
