She was predeceased by: Tarishia Kenyetta Lewis (T. K.). She is survived by: her daughter Annie Lewis (Carlson); her son-in-law Christopher Lewis; her granddaughter Melanie Lewis (Tyler Mansour); her niece Patty Sayre Gray (family: Bob, Nicky); her nephew Walter Sayre (Elizabeth); her son David Carlson; and also Christopher.
