He was predeceased by: his father Jay Preston Miller; his brother Scott Douglas Miller; and his grandparents, Edward and Dorthea. He is survived by: his mother Doris DeVries of Vero Beach, Florida; and his niece Melissa Webster of Great Falls, Virginia. He is also survived by cousins; and many dear friends.
