It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Frances Walla of Midland Park, New Jersey, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Walla (Bob); and her parents, Mae Gryszkiewicz and Vincent Gryszkiewicz. She is survived by: her daughters, Marianne DeBow (Michael), Barbara Tomsey (Joseph) and Carol Donnelly (Jack); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Matthew, Alexander, Avery and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Jack, Noah, Lucas, Benjamin, Landon and Noelle; her brother Vincent; and her sister-in-law Lois. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc. (321 S Main St, New City, NY 10956). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St Francis of Assisi Church (128 Parrott Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994).
