She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patrick McGowan and Mary Ellen McGowan; her children, Ann Marie (Richard Vroegindewey), Peter (Patricia Candela), Bernadette (James Davidson), Patricia (Anthony Pisacane), James (Melissa Candela) and Joseph (Melissa Candela); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Kimberly, Heather, Rachel, Nathan, Taylor, Lexi, Abigail, Caitlin, Angelina, Gabriella, Cassandra, Emily and Jordyn; her great grandchildren, Eloise and Evelyn; her siblings, Teresa Millard and Patrick McGowan; her son Stephen Candela; her brother Thomas McGowan (Joe); and her grandson Michael Candela.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions the C. C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home will only be allowing 30 visitors at a time in the chapel.
