He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Olivia. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, David III (Mary), Lori Wooten and Dirk (Rebecca); his grandchildren, David T. (Colleen), Andrew, Kaleb (Samantha), Seth (Kathrine), Laura Chambers, Kaitlyn Chambers, Arie (Shakayla) and Chloe; and his great grandchildren, Dakotah, Desmond and Ezrah.
