She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Holub and Mary Rusin Holub; her siblings, Helen Krenitsky and Nicholas Holub Sr.; and her sister-in-law Helen Holub.
She is survived by: her caregiver Dr. Peter DeBell; her brother-in-law Basil Krenitsky; her godson Nicholas Holub, Jr. (JoAnn); her nieces, Barbara Bizub (Peter) and Arlene Santaella (Christopher); her nephew Bob Krenitsky (JoAnn); and her godchildren, Marianne Schack Fitzgerald and John Opuda Jr.. She is also survived by great-nephews and nieces.
