He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlene L. Demarest; his children, Ronald Groff (Dorothy) of Pompton Lakes and Tracy Demarest of Charlotte, NC.; his grandson Connor Groff; and his sisters, Joan McCammon and Shirley Goodwin of Midland Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph's Hospital Home Bound Program c/o Sr.
