It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Zelante of Middletown, New Jersey, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaetano Zelante and Lucia Zelante (Aprea); her siblings, Sabino Zelante, Anne Korotky and Nancy Arancio; and her nieces, Elizabeth Desiano Smith, Maria Arancio Cappetta and Regina Bandini.

She is survived by: her sister Camille Bandini of Middletown.

Memorial contributions may be made in Phyllis' memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
