Josephine Benedetto Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2024, at the age of 82, Josephine Benedetto (Middletown, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Miele and Vincent Miele; her husband Christian Benedetto, Sr.; her grandson John Glenn; and her brother-in-law Ned Hammond.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Benedetto Glenn (Charlie), Christian Benedetto, Jr. and Michael Benedetto (Patrice); her sister Louise Hammond; and her grandchildren, Katie Glenn, Amy Glenn, Olivia Benedetto, Elizabeth Glenn, Michael Benedetto and Christian Benedetto III. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy donate to two local organizations Jo supported throughout her life: Lunch Break and the Barn for the Poorest of the Poor .
