He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Puzo and Ann Puzo. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Joseph F. Puzo, Michael Puzo (Brittany) and Marisa Ann Puzo; his grandchildren, Gianna, Michael Cacciuttolo and Anthony Puzo; and his sisters, Marlene Crancy, Ann Brunetto (John) and Elaine Castoro (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home (1735 NJ-35, Middletown Township, NJ 07748). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (19 Cherry Tree Farm Rd, Middletown Township, NJ 07748).
