She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Orender and Thelma Orender. She is survived by: her husband William McDonough; her sister Tammie Carroll of South Carolina; and her children, Michael (Elise McDonough), William (Ann McDonough) and Robin (Michael Noonan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews along with great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers Edwina had requested donations be made either to St John's United Methodist Church in Hazlet or the Hospice Foundation of America.
