He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gallagher and Edith Gallagher; his sister Mary Forbes Bradley (Michael Bradley); and his nephew Blake Sutton. He is survived by: his children, Charles Clair Gallagher III (Colleen) and Dawn Yancis White; his grandchildren, Jack, Maggie, Patrick Gallagher and Kailyn White (Carolyn Gallagher); and his sisters, Gail Cunniffe and Gerry Busfield.
