Billy Phelps Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Phelps (Middletown, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 27, 2024 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father William; and his brother Danny. He is survived by: his mother Susan; his sisters, Meghan and Madeline; his pets, Nora and Charley; and his boyfriend Dillon Covin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
