She was predeceased by: her father Tadashi Kitajima. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Michael, Thomas, Jeffrey, Christina and Ashley; her grandchildren, Easton and Emerson; her mother Tomoko Kitajima; and her sister Yoshino Kitajima.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home (1735 NJ-35, Middletown Township, NJ 07748).
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
