Ruth Telatnik Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Telatnik of Middlesex, New Jersey, who passed away on October 13, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lehman and Evelyn Lehman; her sister Jo Ann Lehman (Lynn); and her niece Alicia Lehman. She is survived by: her husband Mike Telatnik; her sons, Kenneth Forsthoffer (Celeste), Louis Forsthoffer (Maureen) and Scott Forsthoffer (Amanda); her grandsons, Louis and Michael; her siblings, Dorothy Flieshman, Denise Lehman and Steve Lehman; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Bordin (Bob). She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the Telatnik family has asked that donations be made to the American Lung Association (https://action.lung.org) in Ruth's name.
