She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Errickson (Syrup) and Herbert Errickson; her husband Walter Thomas Welsh; and her children, Thomas Welsh and Helen Faye Barry.
She is survived by: her children, Hervey Lake, Russell Lake, William Lake (Stacy), Henry Lake, Patrick Welsh, Elizabeth Durko, Madelyn Lake Middlesex and Caroline Jones; and her sister Adeline Larken of California. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Helen's name to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org.
