He was predeceased by: his father Louis Kovacs; his wife Mary Anne; and his siblings, Louis, Steve, Julie and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Maryanne Klinewski (Steve) and Gene Kovacs (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Matt, Alexandra, Kayla, Bean and Jeno.
