She is survived by: her children, Jean, Richard Mertsock of Clarksboro, Wayne and Lynne Hoffmann of Mullica Hill; her grandchildren, Megan Schaffer, Jessica, Kevin Czajkowski and Nicholas Hoffmann; and her great grandchild Shelby Czajkowski.
