She was predeceased by: her parent Nivedita Durgana (Gobin). She is survived by: her father Joel Durgana (Eliana Durgana) of Piscataway; her husband Jean-Bernard Latortue; her sons, Jean-Paul and Philippe Latortue of Fort Washington; her sister Belinda Durgana of Piscataway; her nephew Ethan; and her niece Emily of Piscataway. She is also survived by grandmother, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
We have been receiving requests from all over the world by people who have been touched by Victoria's too short life and in lieu of flowers, we have created an educational fund for her sons that will be managed by their grandfather Joel Durgana.
