It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberto Alberto Madan of Metuchen, New Jersey, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Ana Maria Madan; his children, Pepe, Annie, Jose F. Mato (Nancy Mato) and Ana Maria Madan; his grandchildren, Jose Mato Jr. (Alyssa), Jessica Kirchner (Joel), Vanessa Russo-Solares (Steven), Kristina Russo and Ariana Russo; his great grandchildren, Mia Kirchner, Joseph Mato and Jordan Kirchner; his parents, Bienvenido Madan and Virginia Madan; his sister Berta Colmenero; and his nephew Icidro Fleites.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home - Metuchen (568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the St. Francis Cathedral (32 Elm Ave, Metuchen, NJ 08840). An entombment was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Saint Joseph's Cemetery (56 Cedar Grove Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753).
