He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene O'Neill and Marie O'Neill; and his siblings, Eugene Jr. and Margaret O'Neill Dorn. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Christopher (Laura Vowinkel), Kathleen Darabos (John) and Jennifer O'Neill (Tim Casey); his brothers, Thomas O'Neill (Yvonne) and James O'Neill; and his grandchildren, Claire, Jack, Ryan and Ben.
