He was predeceased by: his sisters, Harriet McClintock and Evelyn David. He is survived by: his children, Andy Kay and Mary Kay Lewis; his grandchildren, Christine Lewis, Gregory Lewis, Nicole Kay, Christopher Kay and Jacob Kay; and his former wife Patricia Kay.
