He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pahira and Catherine Pahira; his brother John Pahira; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Pahira. He is survived by: his wife Joan Pahira (Peterson); his children, Rebecca Botts (Lawrence) of Metuchen, Katie Pahira of Hoboken and Michael Pahira of Metuchen; his grandchildren, Zachary and Adelyn Botts; his sister Dawn Choma (Robert) of Brick; and his pet Buddy.
