With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John Paul Skarbek of Metuchen, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Skarbek; and his grandsons, William Pachanski and Nicholas Malkus. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Malkus (Richard) of Ormond Beach, FL, Josephine Pachanski (Thomas) of Piscataway, Anthony Skarbek (Anita) of Fredericksburg, VA and John A. Skarbek (Kathy) of Durham, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to St. Francis Cathedral, The Metuchen Senior Center or the Metuchen Public Library, or a charity of your choice.
